Petition Details

With this week's three cyclist deaths and the spike in London's air pollution levels last month we need to decrease the amount of traffic in London. We request the government implements days when all vehicles except local buses and service vehicles for disabilities are banned from A406/A205 inwards.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We can't accept your petition because the issue you raise is not the responsibility of the Government or Parliament. Responsibility for managing London's road network is shared between Transport for London (TfL) and the 32 London boroughs. TfL is accountable to the London Assembly.
