Make it compulsory for councils to warn of lethal risks of recycling caddies.
Toxic mould from recycling bins can be fatal to people & pets like cats & dogs due to Mycotoxicosis risks.2 dogs recently, nearly died due to this & 1 is still fighting for its life.Councils are currently failing to warn of potential lethal risks.We ask you to ensure they do so under a duty of care.
