Change how Child Maintenance is calculated to make payments fair to all parties.
Non resident parents (NRP) are funding luxury lifestyles for exes rather than supporting their children. The current maintenance system only looks at the NRP and not holistically, leaving NRP at times destitute and depressed. A new system should be introduced that looks at need rather than greed.
