To prohibit repeated similar planning applications from property developers
There is a planning application in Exeter (17/0121/01) which represents the 7th application for the same site since 1962. The repeated applications cause much anxiety to the local community.
This application by ADP&E farmers is in the Countess Wear part of Exeter.
