Redefine the role of the unelected House of Lords to comment and opinion only.
People vote and elect their representatives. The expectation is that they will follow a party line or present a majority view of their own electors. The unelected Lords has no such mandate from the people and should not have their present powers to change Bills etc already approved by the Commons.
