Impose Levy for Football clubs in the Premier/Football League for Play Areas
Recent discussion about Local Authorities trying to maintain Play Areas and their possibly being forced to cut funding.
The huge sums of money available to these professional football clubs should ensure that our young people are given good places to play and keep fit.
Recent reports in the media which imply Local Authorities may have to cut back on Play facilities.
