Overhaul the prison service immediately.
After watching Panorama Behind Bars BBC1 Monday 13th February 2017 I am absolutely disgusted with how the Prison Service is run and how offenders behave. A
Complete overhaul of UK Prisons and how they are run is required immediately. Ask the Military or ex Military to run this service.
