Allow open book exams for English Advanced Higher/Higher/NAT5.
Allow open book exams for English Advanced Higher/Higher/National 5. The exam should be a test of skill, not memory as the closed book system currently provides.
This is a common theme among Scottish students and should be acknowledged and changed accordingly.
