Remove the 'British' from 'British Telecom' because of their poor service
British Telecom used to be the premier national telecoms company of the U.K. Now the levels of service they offer are atrocious, the roll-out of fibre Broadband is taking forever and their customer service is poor.
They do not provide a service worthy of the word 'British' in their company name.
