The regulation of Mobility Scooters, electric bikes etc. To include insurance, registration and testing of vehicles and riders.
To clarify the Law on the use of said vehicles.
Imposition of speed restriction to 4mph (walking pace) of vehicles.
The restriction of the size of the vehicles.
