Shut down this sham of a website
It has become clear that petition.parliament.uk is completely useless as a tool for people to speak out and have their voices heard. Not one single issue of any importance has been diverted or even mildly influenced despite some petitions attracting the feedback of millions of UK citizens.
It has become abundantly clear that the only way to influence government policy is to get the Daily Mail to cover the issue and spew outrage from their editorials. Either that, or own the Fox network.
Why waste any more time, effort or taxpayer money keeping this white elephant running? We the undersigned call for it to be closed immediately and replaced with an image that says "Look, we just don't care. OK?".
