2017 Referendum on Recreational Cannabis use
The war on drugs has been failing us for decades and the amount of young people targeted by illegal drug traders is a prime example on why the UK should hold a referendum on the legalisation of marijuana for recreational and medical use which includes home growth of the plant in regulation.
