Free the 6 former British Soldiers (Chennai 6) wrongfully imprisoned in India.
6 Former British soldiers are being denied their basic human rights whilst being imprisoned in India. The men who were protecting ships against Somalian pirates were arrested on weapons smuggling charges after the ship they were on (not in charge of) is said to have strayed into Indian waters.
They've been having ONE meal a day with no protein content, there is no toilet paper, have been forced to buy their own clean water to DRINK, their own mop, brush and detergent to clean their five-man cell and long periods without water to wash. They have had to sleep on the floor, constant power cuts, so no ceiling fan in the immense heat. The mens living standards are below basic. These men are being denied basic human rights infringing on Appendix 5: The Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
