Digital Inclusion not just better broadband

Additional Information

After the coalition government took office ICT policies were reshaped into a broadband delivery scheme and now all policies are geared towards infrastructure. We need clear policies and targets that include support for those still likely to be disadvantaged by lack of training, affordablitiy and motivation, we need concrete and quantifiable targets to meet. A call for Government to review Digital Inclusion Policies.
