Anyone fly-tipping should lose their driving licence and have vehicle crushed

Petition Details

We live in a beautiful country and it's disgraceful to see people getting away with fly-tipping. Instead of fines if there is evidence from the public filming the offence then crush the offending vehicle and ensure the driver is banned from driving, and give them a community order to clear rubbish.
