Make all the UK pay for prescriptions like the English to boost NHS
Everyday the cost of NHS is in the media, why are the English singled out as the only people that pay prescriptions surely all the UK paying would boost the NHS funds

The UK Government is only responsible for the NHS in England. Prescription charges in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are the responsibility of the devolved governments.
