Locally Elected NHS Hospital Boards of Governors

Additional Information

To Abolish NHS Trusts and to make all NHS Hospitals really accountable to the local population they serve, by creating elected Hospital Boards fully accountable for the running of each individual Hospital. The Boards would be elected at the same time as the Local Elections.
