People with illnesses because of their own fault should pay their medical bill.
Drug abuse and alcoholism cost the N.H.S. £3.5 billion a year each, smoking costs £5 billion a year, and obesity £6.5 billion a year. That is £15 billion altogether. Each taxpayer is being forced to hand £500 to help those who don't help themselves. This must end.
