Stop Health tourism
Make it illegal for tourist to enter the country without Health insurance. No Insurance No entry to UK. Compulsory to shown insurance documents with passport. NHS is struggling. If health tourism was stopped this would go a long way in supporting the NHS.
Health tourism is costing the counrty a fortune it is never recovered from the counrty or patiants that arrive in UK
