Stop the closure of A&E departments and give them the funds needed to function.
In Merseyside (as in other parts of the country) we are seeing the closure of essential A&E departments, which will not only defer pressure to other overstretched Hospital services in the area. It will risk lives in extending the distance to get critically ill patients the care they really need.
