Investigate the way prisons are run in the UK and make them fit for purpose.
Panorama BBC1 Behind Bars.
Inmates smoking drugs, high on drugs & alcohol, wasting emergency services (999 ambulance call outs) threatening prison officers, 1 prison officer for 70 inmates. Use of wifi telephones. Holes in perimeter fences. Malfunctioning alarms. No safety for officers.
