All dogs & cats neutered/spayed a legal requirement unless a registered breeder
There are a large number of stray/abandoned cats and dogs as well as cats and dogs overwhelming rescue centres to bursting point. Anyone can breed their pets and sell them online (such as gumtree) for financial gain without awareness of overbreeding in general and specifically some breeds
Evidence would be to see rescue centres are filled to breaking point
The number of pets sold online
Animal abuse in the U.K. (Overbreeding for example) and forcing animals to mate more than once a year
