Anyone convicted of animal cruelty should have a lifetime ban from owning pets.

Petition Details

Anyone who is successfully convicted in a court of law of any crime that involves the intentional cruel abuse of animals, should have an imediate lifetime ban from owning animals. This should be policed by an animal abusers public register that can be checked at any time by members of the public.
