No Money for European Bonds

Additional Information

On the 5th October, IMF's Borges said the IMF could invest in secondary markets in Spanish and Italian bonds alongside the EFSF and that the IMF could, if needed create an SPV to buy bonds of Spain and Italy in both the primary or secondary market alongside the EFSF.

UK taxes should not, under any circumstances, (leveraged or otherwise) be used to fund purchases of European government bonds, via the IMF or any other indirect conduit.
