Abolish National Insurance reduction for high earners.
If you earn below £3583/month you currently pay 12% NI. On earnings above £3583/month the rate is 2%. A NI flat rate of 12% on all earnings will substantially increase resources available for NHS and welfare, and help to solve the funding crisis.
