Make female hygiene dispensers compulsory in all secondary schools.

It is not realistic to expect all individuals to be prepared for an instance where they may need sanitary products, especially in adolescence. Products should be on offer in the case of an individual finding themselves unprepared, to avoid any stress or embarrassment.
