Petition Action

Government to rethink PIP to include mental illnesses like chronic depression.

Petition Details

I suffer from chronic depression and anxiety. I do not leave my home yet PIP says I do not suffer enough to be eligible. If depression is a disability why is it not given equal relevance in this assessment?

Additional Information

PIP replaced DLA - which included mental health issues. PIP excludes them cleverly.
