Prevent House Of Lords peers with EU pensions/business links from voting Brexit
Kinnock, Mandelson & Patten all have EU pensions
Kinnock also heads OLAF (EU’s agency for fighting fraud and corruption)… and who was EU Commissioner for ten years until 2004 and with an estimated £10 million from EU earnings
Peers with conflict of interest shouldn't be able to vote against the bill
