Government introduce & underwrite affordability mortgages for first time buyers
It's unfair that young people have to pay such extortionate rents & may never own their own homes. They are paying incredibly high rents with no security and this has to be re-balanced. If they have been proven to pay rent & have good credit history they should be able to own their own home
