Legalise Medical Marijuana for NHS patients who have the permission of a doctor.
Medical Marijuana has been legalised in countries across the world, including 28 states in the USA, as it has been recognised to help treat pain and a variety of diseases such as HIV/AIDS and cancer. Further, its side effects are minor compared to lethal and addictive legal opioids.
