Petition Details

DNAs:
- Cost the NHS an estimated £225 million in 2012 to 2013*
- Are an inefficient use of staff
- Result in extended waiting times
- Occurred in around 5.6 million (9% of the total) NHS outpatient appointments in England between 2014 to 2015**
