Allow heterosexuals the right to chose a civil partnership instead of marriage.
The LGBT community did not fight for special or exclusive treatment under the law - it was all about equality. Until all adult couples have access to the same rights we will not have equality in this area.
With Rebecca Steinfield and Charles Keidan losing their court battle to be allowed access to the same rights now enjoyed by same sex couples, we still have inequality under the law.
