Abolish Tuition fees
The government says Debt is bad yet we are saddling the next generation of students with debt before they start earning, upon which interest is due at 3% above inflation from the day the loan is taken.
Most students will never earn above the payback threshold therefore the debt will still remain with the taxpayer.
So why doesn't the Government wake up, tell the universities which courses they WILL fund and do the right thing by abolishing tuition fees.
