Rehabilitate misbehaving children rather than excluding them from school

Petition Details

Excluding misbehaving children from school for a fixed period does not fix bad behaviour. These children see exclusion as extra time off school rather than a punishment. Attending to the support of a professional instead of staying at home for a week would ensure the same mistake does not occur.
