Retain the UK's membership of the European Single Market
The EU referendum did not mention leaving the Single Market. High-profile "Leave" campaigners explicitly claimed that it did not. The Norway model was included in Government info as an available option upon leaving EU.
A specific mandate must be sought & obtained prior to leaving the Single Market.
