Theft of cabling from the railway network

Additional Information

Cable theft from railways is resulting in massive distruption to business and to the national economy.
Detection and the detention of culprits must be improved.
Deterrents must also be strengthened.

Government must act to kerb this form of anti-social crime - increasing detection which results in punishments that reflect the pain caused to society.
