Cut National Insurance rate to zero for workers under 25.

Additional Information

Cut National Insurance contributions from employers and employees to zero for all workers under 25 for a fixed five year term.

At a time of weak job creation, this measure would encourage employers to take on both unskilled and skilled workers and would be a sound investment in Britain's long-term productive capacity.
