Petition requesting Government not to apologise for the Balfour Declaration
This opposes a current Petition requesting an apology which has been created. If there is anything to apologise for it is the failure of the UK Government to implement it in full after 1933. The other Petition ignores the fact that the Declaration was unanimously adopted by the League of Nations.
The Treaty of San Remo gave the Declaration the force of International Law.
The Champion of Arab Independence Col TE Lawrence approved of it.
