Make it law for pet retail stores to only sell rescue dogs
In the US they are really trying to irradicate puppy farms and many states have passed laws by making it so that all pet stores can only sell rescue animals ie dogs and cats etc. It would make sense and be one way to ensure the tax and vat go in to the government purse.
lol There is so much news footage and reports by the RSPCA and DEFRA the list is endless
