Add to a child arrangemts order power of arrest
Currently parents who breach a child arrangemt order can not be arrested as it's a civil matter even tho it has been to court, all that can happen is they will be taken back to court for a fine, community service, compensation for loss of money or short prison stay which has never happen!

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. Child arrangements orders can already be enforced by requiring unpaid work, a fine or imprisonment, which may involve arrest. It is not clear what else you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
