Cut the foreign aid budget & use that money to fund NHS & Social Care budgets
The NHS & Social Care Services are in crisis and as a result are not able to offer timely and adequate care for our citizens who are ill or elderly or both. More funding is urgently required.
For evidence - watch the news, watch the TV documentaries, require the services of A & E, become ill & need an operation or just get old !
