Make Bird of Prey Owners Licence Holders and new people under an Apprenticeship
In the UK alone we have the highest record of Lost Birds Of Prey because in most Cases people New to the Sport of Falconry are allowed to Buy a Bird of Prey without Correct Guidance or Experience and the Result of This is that Now we are seeing too often Birds in the Wrong Hands and Birds Being Lost
