Make home mortgages based on a person's rental capacity as opposed to 5x Salary.
Mortgages have become unattainable due to Lenders not allowing people to borrow the equivalent of what a person is able to afford. I have a full time job with a reasonable salary and I can't buy, with a mortgage, the equivalent property value of what I can afford to rent.
