House British prisoners, in British prisons, in eastern Europe, to save money.
Wages and property prices in some European countries such as Bulgaria are nearly a tenth of that in the UK.
Budget flights are generally cheaper than British railways. So transferring and visiting need not be more expensive.
Prison visitors would help the economy of poorer countries.
