Allow smoking in licensed premises
Partially repeal the Smoking ban to allow public houses, restaurants and other similar establishments to apply for a licence allowing patrons to smoke tobacco products within an enclosed area. The premises must be able to demonstrate that the area has adequate air-extraction facilities and will not 'leak' smoky air into the rest of the premises.
Revenue generated from the licences could be used to pay for anti-smoking campaigns.
