Provide option to transfer from current student loans to future alternative loan

Petition Details

The government indicated in 2014 that an alternative loan would be available this year but it's still in development. Students who cant take interest based loans should not be discouraged from going to university and have the option to take current loan but be able transfer into the alternative loan
