The NHS needs more Physician-led Leadership
The NHS is run mainly by non-clinicians or clinicians with little formal training in leadership and business. Several studies show that the best quality hospitals in the world are run by clinicians. Natural born leaders with clinical credibility need sponsored formal training and then lead the NHS
