Replace not banning someone with 12 points with a "Suspended" driving ban.

Petition Details

Current press reports identified someone with 62 points on their licence and still allowed to drive is not fair on law abiding citizens using the "Hardship" option.

Additional Information

BBC Report under the freedom of information dated 23rd Feb 2017. Introducing a "Suspended" driving ban under hardship cases should encourage defendants to abide by the law.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We're not sure exactly how you would like a "suspended" driving ban to work. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
