Decrease the power within the House of Lords by a substantial amount.
There are currently around 800 sitting lords and as part of the legislative process that occurs through Parliament they have a significant amount of power such a the power to veto a bill for two years under Parliament Acts 1911 and 1949. The amount Lords can claim in allowances such be changed too.
