Allow a parent with FULL CUSTODY to travel abroad for up to 28 days.
In my particular case I have a custody order. My children's father has bail conditions set where he can only see his children through a supervised contact centre, his trial with serious charges is pending, all communication is via solicitors & he does not willingly financially support his children.
The English law allows a parent with FULL CUSTODY/RESIDENCY ORDER to travel for up to 28 days without seeking permission from anyone with parental responsibilities & the Scottish law I believe needs to mirror this. Thank you.
